The merchants do not give Ziggedy credit for any returns. When an item gets returned, the merchants subtract the amounts from our commissions. In fact, as an example, if you buy online, then realized you wanted a different color and called the merchant’s customer service to have them change the order to a different color, they will also treat this action as a return of the item you ordered through Ziggedy, and they will treat the new color order as a new order directly through them. When canceling, changing or returning items, to receive credit, always go back and click through Ziggedy again.
